It is the working of the mind, physical body and the spiritual body holistically. It is also about being conscious with every thought and decision you make. What we feed our body i.e. food, thoughts and feelings impacts our physical and emotional well-being. Therefore, the act of being conscious in the workings of our daily lives is what’s important. Through the applied conscious movement into our daily lives, we are then able to broaden knowledge of consciousness to our community.
